Food and employees are great! They make your salad bar salad for you, and it definitely is a better presentation than if I would have done it. Still the great salad bar it always was! Go and support them!

Wow, such great service! First we get put in the cramped seating in the empty, then our "esteemed" waitress on this slow night decided to be short with my mother who was trying to speak through her mask and me when I wasn't ordering right quick! The staff are So dedicated to remind you: "We're not outback! So why in the hell did you come? Don't like it? There's the door!"Btw yes we're following all social mandates as people should.

Very good had free appetizers and tried several different ones with our party. All very delicious. Friendly staff.

Service was good as well as the food at a good price.

Left because the waitress didn't come back to take our order. We watched her at the register. Then she walked passed us. Then went to the bar and was chatting with a patron. We waited a little while longer, then finally decided to go. There were hardly any other customers there as it was about 2:30 in the afternoon. There was only 1 other group of 4 in our section, almost done eating, and the guy at the bar.

I'm sorry but the food came out all together and when your spending that much on a steak....I had to send my childs pizza back cause it was cold. Good food guys but golden rules man, kid eats.1st, the lady, and you always have a med rare steak..Sorry to say it but this screamed more unknowing servers but its covid sooI'm just saying I've seen great food.go down because of poor.service

They are practicing social distancing with patrons. Food menu looks better and it appeared they added new items. The bangin shrimp was really good. Enjoy!!

We don't have one so really enjoyed being able to have the great salad bar.Enjoyed the hit chicken bacon sandwich and fries. The banging shrimp were banging too.Great food and my husband loved his wine too

Visit Michelle at this Ruby Tuesday, she understand winding down. She's fast & friendly. The Ladies in charge of Salad Bar was well prepared & presented. Look very Fresh. Makes for good Management!

It is clear that customer safety is not a priority. Servers did not wear masks, actually they did but only around their chins. Makes me very concerned about what is going on in the kitchen if the front of house can’t follow such a simple sanitary rule. Even while walking up to me and delivering my food, no mask. Absolutely unacceptable during a mandatory mask order, let alone a global pandemic. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again.

Pretty good. Service was a little off/grumpy but we did arrive pretty late.

Got a take out order yesterday which was April 28th 2020. I believe they made this food the day before period the French fries were hard com of the macaroni and cheese was awful and the black and tilapia almost made me sec. At this is as good as they can do for these times common they just need to stop doing it. Will not go back

Purchased the unlimited Salad Bar. Waited over 20 minutes for the salad bar to be served then waited for another 30 minutes from the server just to ask if I wanted dessert. I had to complain to get another plate of salad.

The whole stack of plates at the salad bar was dirty. The salad bar wasn't as bright and vibrant with vegetables. My entree was less than mediocre. Just wasn't impressed at all. The customer service was pretty good.

Good service, especially during these covid times... however the food really wasn't that great.

1st time here. Staff was nice and friendly. Food was excellent. Salad was fresh! Burger was great!

two days ago was the first time we went to this restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the exceptional food and booze and with the modest price. We will no doubt visit there soon.

Nothing bad here, but nothing to type about, except friendly service. I got the ribeye and it wasn't great. Why'd I expect a great steak in a chain restaurant 😂The Mac n cheese was great! Oh well.

Just left this location and the food was great . My complaint is that while we were there they were not doing very well with the mandatory social distancing. We were in the part that had five table in it , and four of the tables had people in them. I could have turned around in my seat and put my hand on their shoulder. I told the manager [ Mike ] about it and was told that since a round table was involved it was OK, and I told him that it was not OK with me. Come on people your life may depend on this. PLAY THE GAME

I love the sliders and the salad bar. A perfect lunch. Iced tea Machine was broke. So we ordered hot tea and ice. The hot tea selection was not the best. Good service.

The food was ok but a deafening alarm kept going off every 3-4 minutes. The salad bar was out of many things including salad greens.

The service was excellent! The Avocado Grilled Chicken sandwich is DELICIOUS!

Waitress must have been new and was very nervous and did not know the menu. Our food tasted good, but appetizers took a while and actually were brought at same time as entrees. We both got sirloin steak, but they looked totally different. Mine was oval and thick and his was much thinner and shaped different????? Then we both had lava cake, but these volcanoes must have been dormant because the cake was cold and no lava!!! Definitely rectangular instead of round like the picture. Then we had a coupon that was actually from Ruby Tuesday's and it took a very long time to get the payment made as manager had to handle for waitress. Probably will not go back to this location.

Right off the bat it was blatantly obvious that they were understaffed. I stood at the waiting area for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Got seated, placed my order, and 23 minutes later my food arrived. The food was excellent as usual. It's just a shame that It took a rediculous amount of time to get it!

Hadn't been to Ruby Tuesday's in awhile and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was yummy. I even had dessert and it came out looking just like the picture (lol). Overall good experience and great service.Will be back to this location again.

Had a really great steak and BBQ pork chop

We ordered carry out. The burgers were cooked to medium perfection. Everything was very tasty. The prices were more reasonable than I remembered. The service was fast and friendly.

Received wonderful service. Salad bar offered a wide variety of vegetable options. Fajitas were tastefully seasoned but not exceptional as part of a main entree.

Hostess spilled a drink on my granddaughter and the only thing they offered was a free appetizer while she had to sit there sticky

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the food came out hot and cooked properly. We went around 3pm and the area that we were sat in was not cleaned up from previous guest. The cushions were torn and and were not secured down. We ordered an appetizer which was pretty good. After we were finished, we waited for our server to take our entree order, but she was on break. I literally had to go look for her only to ask a manager if someone was available to take our order. Food came out hot and tasty, but no refills on drinks or no follow up by server on anything. We wanted desert, but again, our server was no where to be found. We had to wait again and ask her to take our dessert order. The only thing that saved us from walking out was the person responsible for cooking our food because it was cooked perfectly and the portions were nice.Very disappointed at the tri county location.

Had a good visit. Great service. Was seated quickly and water glass was kept full. It was a good visit. Food here is fair to middling. Had the pimento chicken sandwich with fries. It was a crispy chicken breast.

Food was very good! Their garden bar is back! You check off a list and they make it. It was wonderful!

I went with a group of 8 people. Seated quickly, drink was never dry and food was excellent. Great service other than the salad bar not being maintained and crew was cleaning for close which I don't care to see when actually a patron.

I will never go to this location again! The food was old and cold and we all got our food 10 minutes or more apart, my husband got a salad and it was the last thing to come out,it was old wilted and the croutons were so hard you could not even eat them!

Nice clean place to dine, our server was attentive and friendly. Food is delicious. Only down side was it was cold where we were seated. Other than that great experience.

Each visit here has been fine. Good service. The extensive salad bar has been fresh and well kept. The menu items (standard Ruby Tuesday) we have ordered were properly prepared and tasty. Usually have not had any wait but we tend to not go at what are likely peak dinner times. Very convenient to I-75 but not on a major shopping area so it’s not really as busy as some places closer to the malls. With the extensive salad bar it’s a good value.

I used to only come for the salad bar. Would be nice if people had some urgency and didn't move slow while getting a salad. You're already taking a risk eating food exposed out in the open. People, stop being sloppy and spilling toppings into other foods on the bar. This location seems a bit "dusty". Kenwood is better.

Service was great. The southwest fried chicken bowl is really blan but the salad bar made up for it and they took the meal off my check since I didn't eat it.

I love this place their salad bar is really great I just love to get it whenever I am bored of Bob Evans and cracker barrel. I would definitely recommend others to try it
